What does our company see about employee usage?

Aggregate numbers only — seats activated and overall usage. Never an individual employee’s resume, diagnosis, or job-search activity. The tool belongs to the employee; the report belongs to you.

How is employee data protected?

Resume files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit; individual data is never shared or sold. Full details, including our subprocessor list, are on the security page — and a DPA is available on request.

How do employees get access?

Each person receives a private activation link by email. No accounts to administer, no seats to assign manually, nothing for your IT team to deploy.

How does billing work?

Seats are $149 each (minimum 10), $99/seat at 250+. Card checkout for small groups, or an invoice for larger engagements — whichever your process needs.

How fast can this be live?
